May sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 222. This compares to 181 sold in April and 218 a year ago, according to Mike Plisky President, Conejo Valley Association of REALTORS.
Median sales price for single-family homes in May 2005 was $798,507, in 2004 it was $787,310. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.
Median prices for single-family homes in May were as follows: $687,499 for 3 homes up to two bedrooms; $687,499 for 74 three-bedroom homes; and $877,499 for 145 four or more bedroom homes. This compares to sales in May 2004 of $500,000 for 8 homes up to two bedrooms; $664,290 for 68 three-bedroom homes; and $872,340 for 142 four or more bedroom homes.
Condominium sales totaled 77 in May compared to 106 in April 2005 and 91 for May 2004.
Total Sales for all real estate transactions in May were $1,905,256,930 for May 2004, the total was $229,579,000.
New residential listings totaled 380 in May 2005 compared to 537 in May 2004 and 371 in April 2005. |
